Bacl to About Us main pageRosa Mitrani is the Chief Financial Officer of Healthy at Home, Inc. Rosa is responsible for coordinating and organizing the financing for delivery of care. She provides general supervision and management of the day-to-day financial and accounting affairs of Healthy at Home, Inc, and has operational responsibility for the accounting, billing and collections, purchasing, and services functions of the company. Key responsibilities include budgeting and monitoring financial results, trend analysis and identification of operational improvements, and monitor corrective actions.
Rosa is the co-founder of Healthy at Home, Inc. Rosa has a Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering from Univerdidad Metrpolitana de Venezuela and a Master's in Business Administration from Florida International University. Rosa has previous experience as an engineer and also an office manager for a medical practice. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Maria Gonzalez is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Healthy at Home, Inc. Maria demonstrates daily her commitment to the highest standards of healthcare. She wants Healthy at Home, Inc.'s reputation for excellence to be felt far beyond Miami's boundaries. She has laid a foundation upon which to build this growth strategy with her "Patients First" approach. It declares the primacy of patient care, patient comfort and patient communication in every activity the organization undertakes. By setting standards, and ensuring that the entire organization strives to improve upon them, Healthy at Home, Inc delivers value through improved outcomes, better service and providing a healthier future for patients.
Prior to co-founding Healthy at Home, Inc., Maria had over 15 years experience in the healthcare field. Maria is a graduate of Miami Dade College. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

As the Director of Clinical Services at Healthy at Home, Inc., Gisselle Gonzalez is responsible for the management of clinical staff and directing patient care through the plan of care. Gisselle is board certified in Epidemiology and Infection Control, and is responsible for the infection control department.
Prior to working at Healthy at Home, Inc, Gisselle worked as a clinical research consultant in the biotechnology field. Gisselle earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and a Master's in Public Health with a Specialization in Epidemiology from Florida International University. She is currently working towards a second Master's in Environmental Management at Harvard University. She is also involved in the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) and the Society of Clinical Research Associates.
Juan is a licensed health care administrator at Healthy at Home, Inc. He has over 10 years of experience working in various facets of the health care industry, including nursing homes, hospitals, home health agencies and hospice. He has pioneered the opening of several successful for-profit home health agencies.
Juan received a Bachelor's in Health Service Administration and a Master's in Nursing Home Administration at Florida International University. He was on the Dean's List and graduated Cum Laude. He was also the recipient of the Award of Excellence from the American College of Health Care administration.

Nursing has been Wendy's dedicated profession for 28 years, of which includes 20 years of managerial responsibility overseeing professional nursing delivery of services. Wendy's focus on quality outcome of care has been strong, coordinating patient care services consistent with the plan of care, medical regimen and patient needs in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and in home health care.
In addition to being a registered nurse, Wendy received a bachelor's of science degree in Health Care Services from Nova Southeastern University, and has held elected positions such as President Elect, Association for Practitioners in Infection Control, Dade County, Fl. Treasure Association for Employee Health Practitioners Southeast Fl, Biogram Editor, APIC Dade County, Florida and Nurse to Advisory Board, Willow Way Hospice, Atlanta, GA.
